WAYNE, NEW JERSEY - The Mainardi Management Co. today announced the signing of several significant leases at properties owned by its affiliates.

At the Greentree Square Shopping Center in Marlton, New Jersey, the company signed a lease for 8,800 sq. ft. with Pet Supplies Plus (PSP). PSP has its Headquarters in Livonia, Michigan and operates approximately 275 stores throughout the country. The company is currently engaged in a major expansion of the number of stores where it conducts business. Richard Mainardi, Jr. handled the transaction for landlord and Brian Bruzek of FAMECO negotiated on behalf of the tenant.

At the Radburn Shopping Center in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, the company leased 6,800 sq. ft. also to PSP. Once again, Richard Mainardi, Jr. handled the transaction for the owner while Jamie Sackheim of the Dartmouth Companies represented the tenant.

At the Nine Mall Plaza in Poughkeepsie, New York, Aldi leased a 20,900 sq. ft. store previously occupied by Borders. Aldi is a limited assortment supermarket with over 1,000 stores in the U.S. and 8,500 locations world-wide. Christopher Mainardi and Andrew Mainardi, III negotiated the lease for the landlord and Tom Hornstein of Horn Companies represented Aldi.

Lastly, Lowes Home Improvement sub-leased a vacant Pathmark Supermarket from A&P at the Allaire Plaza in Wall Township, New Jersey owned by an affiliate of Mainardi Management. Lowes hopes to have the store open by Memorial Day and will offer a selection of goods based upon the needs of residents affected by Hurricane Sandy. Jamie Sackheim of the Dartmouth Companies represented Lowes in the transaction.
